- Orders submitted Monday through Friday before 12:00 PM Eastern ship the same day or the following business day.
- Orders submitted on Saturday and Sunday will ship out the following business day (Monday as long as it’s not a holiday).
- We do not ship orders during major US holidays. Any orders submitted during holidays will be processed the very next business day.
- Although we strive to process and ship orders very fast, there are times when order volume, weather, and other unforseen circumstances might prevent us from shipping your package on the exact day expected.
- For very large orders, please expect an extended turnaround time depending on the size of your order. Please contact us if you plan on ordering more than 50 kilos of kratom powder.
- All kratom is shipped via USPS or UPS. We provide you with tracking information via email as soon as your order ships.
- Your privacy is impoortant to us, so we keep everything discreet. The shipping packaging will never display our company name, a list of products you purchased, or anything related to what you purchased.
- We currently do not accept international orders through our website. If you are outside of the USA and would like to place an order, please contact us at your earliest convenience.
