We are committed to our customers’ complete satisfaction. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can exchange or return it with no questions asked. We calculate exchanges, refunds, and store credits based on the total weight sent back to us. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We should receive returns within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for shipping and handling (including a trackable form of delivery). Please get in touch with us before returning any item(s) so that we can provide you with a Return Authorization Number. You will need to write it outside the package you are returning to us.

If you have written an eCheck, your return, refund, replacement or exchange request may take an average of 7 business days to complete. eChecks must be cleared through our bank before any monies or product are refunded, replaced or exchanged.
